These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Hub City SEO, a Hub City Media Group company. By buying an audit or using this site, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@hubcityseo.com.
What you are buying
The front-end offer is a one-time visibility audit plus a done-for-you Google Business Profile fix. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew. We deliver the audit and fixes within about five business days of receiving what we need from you to access your profile.
Your part
To do the work we need you to give us timely access to your Google Business Profile and accurate information about your business. If we cannot reach you or get access, delivery may be delayed.
Results
We improve the foundation that local search and AI answers rely on, but we do not control Google, the AI engines, or your competitors, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or revenue. Everything we report is based on real results we can point to.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If something is not right with your order, email us and we will make it right. Refund requests are handled case by case.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our services for anything unlawful. We may decline or end service if these terms are broken.
