What we collect
When you request our free checklist, we collect your email address. When you buy an audit, our payment processor collects your name, email, and payment details, and we receive the city and campaign information tied to your order so we can deliver and measure the work. We also receive standard technical data (such as your approximate location and referring page) when you visit the site.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the audit and Google Business Profile fix you paid for, to send the checklist or occasional tips you asked for, to answer your questions, and to measure which campaigns bring in customers. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the business: Stripe for payments, Supabase for storing leads and order records, and Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement. Each handles data under its own terms and only for the purposes above.
Cookies and tracking
We use limited cookies and campaign tags (UTM parameters) to remember where a visit came from so we can attribute sales to the right ad. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@hubcityseo.com and we will take care of it.
